My name is Lisa and I'm from Hamilton, Ontario which is about an hour west of Toronto. I love fashion and beauty and eventually want to travel the world. I am currently in school, with hopes of working full-time in the Canadian fashion industry. I'm currently a digital marketing intern in the fashion industry and it feels like dream come true. I decided to create this blog as a creative space for me to document my journey through life and style while attending university and trying to 'adult'.

The Beginning
This blog started in November 2015, because I was enrolled in the Parsons x Teen Vogue Fashion Industry Essentials Certificate. The first posts on this blog are all about my experience with the Parsons Program and my assignments.
In May 2016 I decided to start blogging about other topics. I was conflicted about whether I wanted to make it strictly a fashion blog or incorporate other topics of interest such as lifestyle, wellness and beauty. After blogging for a couple of months I have decided that lisamariekiss.com is a lifestyle blog. On lisamariekiss.com you will find fashion outfit inspiration and lifestyle trends, fashion industry career advice and interviews with experienced professionals.
